Not the greatest-looking hotel, but don't be put off!
Very helpful and efficient reception, clean and tidy room with recently updated bathroom facilities, nice lounge and bar area, and an excellent breakfast with good choices. Very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast . Staff extremely friendly and helpful . Easy access to centre of Birmingham and free parking make it the perfect place to stay

The rooms that myself and my sister in law were given was nothing like advertised on the website. They was small and very outdated. The carpets was ripped and threadbare in places the bathroom wasnt clean and I found previous occupants tights in the wardrobe on the towels. The walls are really thin and you can hear other guests in their rooms.I wont use again. Staff was friendly on reception when I complained.

Awful customer service. Never going back! The hotel had a strange smell as well. It\'s definitely not a 4 star as advertised, 2 star maybe! Stick with Premier inn, way better!!
