    Todo empezó desde que llegué al hotel llegué a na recepción y no era le pedí a uno delos botones que si me pudiera llevar me dijo que me valla caminando me entregaron la habitación tarde una recepcionista llamó estupida boracha ami esposa. Las cocineras les pedías onellete con claras se enojaban pero cuando les dabas propinas cambiaban su forma.a de ser cuando no entregaron la habitación nada más no dijeron como llegar nunca nos llevaron los botones la verdad pésimos el dia de mi salida no me querían llevar para hacer mi check out el que iba manejando ignoro otras personas que estaba esperando de echo le hablaron y como que o escucho el día de mi check out yo se que la habitación se entrega alas 12 del medio dia desde las 11 am me abrieron la habitación 3 veces casi agarrándome desnudo ya que me estaba arreglando para ir me a casa en general servicio muy pobre cocinero mesero y BOTONES LOS PEORES como si te cargaran para llevarte. P.d mejoren la actitud de servicio o paguen les bien sus propinas sindicales alos botones ya que son pésimos recalco CUANDO LES DABAS PROPINA CAMBIABAN. Pedí habitación con cama King side me dieron una doble me dijeron que mandarían a poner las camas juntas nunca lo hicieoron.

    Buen hotel pero tienen que mejorar

    Vamos por partes, check in terrible habríamos 20 personas en el lobby para registrarnos y solo 4 personas en el mostrador esto llevó cerca de una hora, además la persona que nos atendió preguntaba algo y se metía a una oficina que está detrás de él, volvía preguntaba de nuevo y volvió a la oficina. fueron cinco veces en total.

    Por alguna razón que ni el mismo pudo explicar nos colocó en una habitación del family club, es decir área con niños cuando viajamos solo adultos, le expliqué que mi reservación fue realizada para el Princess Riviera pero no le importo y su respuesta fue: Ahí le corresponde,

    Comidas, buffet muy bien, restaurantes a la carta con reservación solo pudimos ir a dos por que si aplicación para reservar el restaurante no funciono por que según mi reserva no estaba clara, vaya respuesta.

    La Colida en el pequeño restaurante junto a la playa muy mal, grasosa y escasa, podrían hacerlo mejor.

    Los bares muy bien solo les sugiero que en el caso de los localizados en las albercas podrían colocar dos personas atendiendo como en el lobby bar, de verdad un solo empleado preparando bebidas no es suficiente.

    Camareras o camareros lo mejor puntuales, rápidos y muy serviciales.

    Servicio de toallas excelente, entiendo el respeto a la fauna del lugar y que bien que se preocupen por ello.

    Algo que quiero comentar, no es responsabilidad del hotel pero es demasiado molesto es la presencia de la planta llamada sargazo, hay mucho, esta en descomposición y huele terrible.

    Independiente de la evaluación del hotel, no pienso volver a este lugar realmente no es posible entrar al mar por esta situación.

    En el Pacifico no ocurre esto, lo siento pero es la verdad, suerte en su mejora del servicio y en la erradicación del sargazo si es que esto es posible.

    Great Service but a couple of things they need to do.

    The hotel is very nice and we had good service from all the staff, they have a bus service that goes from the hotel to Playa de Carmen 3 times a day and returned 5 times a days while we where there , cost 50 MXN per person each way which is very good value.
    The food in the restaurant's I would say is very bland and I would not bother with them they are not even close to what we get in 4 to 5 star hotels in Spain and we had a different restaurant each night, so we never got to eat at the buffet's so I cant comment on them,
    We tried the Beach BBQ and is really bad quality food.
    Many times in the afternoon we got a snack from the sport bar and that was really good and tasty fast food.
    All Bars made great cocktails with imported liquors.
    On our last day we need to get some more cash to pay for our taxi to the airport and we could not get money from the 2 ATM that pay out in MXN they only seemed to work if you had Mexican bank so we had to use the other ATM that pay out in only USD and their is and charge fee of 10% plus you will also have to pay your bank back home there 3% to 5% and you get a really bad rate of exchange also. so what ever you do make sure you have enough money to pay for the taxi in pesos 750mxn Grand Princess to Cancun Airport.
    A hotel like the Grand Princess should be using ATMs from banks like BBVA or Santander which are in many of the shopping centers and remove the ATMs that only pay out in USD with rip off fees. it leaves a disappointed feelings and reflects badly on the hotel establishment .
