We were a couple and stayed in this 4 stars hotel for 3 nights (May, 2022). The construction is quite strange but doesn't matter. Overall, the experience is exceptional and exceed our expectations. We visited Ponta Delgada (Ilha São Miguel) mostly for business purpose. We would like to stay here again for our next visit.

Pros:
1. Price
We got €72/night for standard room including breakfast for 2 people. We agreed that we were happy and satisfied.
2. Check-in
The check-in procedure went smoothly. We just showed our identification card and the receptionist will give us the key.
It took less than 5 minutes.
3. Location
From the Ponta Delgada Airport, the hotel is quite close. You can walk from the airport until you find a roundabout, then take a local bus. You need to pay €0,50 per person. The local bus will stop every 15 minutes there. It is the cheapest way to get to the center. Then, you walk to the hotel for 10 minutes.
You can take aero bus from the airport. You need to pay €7 a return ticket per person.
The hotel location itself is strategic and well-located. It is only 10 minutes of walking to the city center of Ponta Delgada from the hotel.
4. The staff
The receptionist staffs are quite nice and friendly. They speak well English.
The staffs in the breakfast are not so nice, but it is ok.
5. Room
We stayed in the sixth floor which has an amazing room. We had a balcony and sea view. The size is quite spacious for us. Everything is clean.
The room has TV, small fridge, a table, a chair, a cupboard, AC works perfectly.
For the bed, we had twins bed for each. The pillow is great, the blanket is warm, and the bed is quite comfortable. I can charge my phone next to my bed.
Bathroom is big and clean. They provide clean towels. The shampoo smells good. The hot water works perfectly.
6. Facility
They have indoor and outdoor pool. The indoor pool and jacuzzi can be used only by appointment.
You can get bath towel in the reception by paying €10 for deposit. They will give your deposit when you return the towels.
The spa has great price. You can do appointment directly to the staffs there.
The hotel has games area too (not free), gym, restaurant, and bar.
7. Parking
Parking is accessible for wheelchair.
They offer free parking for the clients if you rent a car.
8. Breakfast
We like our breakfast. They have more different food in our second day which is great.
The fruits are fresh. The sauteed mushrooms and linguiça are very tasty and good. The pancakes are good too.
Overall, they have great variety on food for breakfast.
9. You can ask the staff to clean your room regularly.
10. Entrance accessible for wheelchair.
11. Not mandatory to wear a mask anymore.

Cons:
1. WIFI
The wifi is accessible in all area of the hotel, but sometimes is not stable from our room.
2. If you can keep the stairs door open (in the sixth floor) like in the fifth floor, it will be great. Because it makes much noise if someone forgets to hold the door after opening it.
3. Please, keep the heater on for the breakfast food. I felt my pancakes are cold.
