    Good value for money.
Staff procedures very defficient: lack of sympathy and no respect for client rights:
the client is required to sign a sheet with a lot of text and the delivery of a copy of that sheet was refused; it was not delivered or present at the room any sheet with the rules or conditions of the hotel.
In order to use the remote control of AC and TV client must give 100€ credit card reservation.
The kitchen tools are only delivered by request under the reservation of 20€ in cash ( the pack included only two forks, two spoons, on soop dish, two flat dishes and two boilers).
The matress is poor, the jacuzzi was plenty of hairs.

There is a bus stop 50 meters from the hotel that will take you to Sierra de Guadalupe station in 3 minutes, but sometimes you have to wait 10/15 minutes for the bus. Instead, you can do a 10 minutes walk to the station. There you have metro (20 minutes to reach the city center, Sol) and train (15 minutes to Atocha station). It can be tiring if you\'re a tourist for 5 days, as we were, because the hotel is far from the city center and you loose about 1h30 per day on trips (going back and forth), but nothing worrying.
At the Cafeteria you can get kitchen tools for 20€ that will be returned at the end. The tools were a little dirty, but nothing that a good wash can\'t solve. There is a dishwasher machine on each room, too. The kitchen has an oven, a fridge and a vitro ceramic cooker.
You can request a hairdryer at the reception. There is a towel dryer in the bathroom wich the housemaids gently turn on during the cleaning of the room, so they\'re warm when you get there at night. The towels are switched every day. In the bathroom there is a hydro massage bathtub too, wich worked well on both rooms we have stayed. You have amenities like soap, shower gel, shampoo and two sweets on the table. The rooms have ar conditioning wich warms the room well (we were there on Christmas and it was really cold). Sometimes, the housemaids turn it on and the room is warm when you get to the hotel at night. The tv remote control didn\'t work when we get there, we complained at the reception and in 5 minutes there was a lady in our room fixing it.
We had to ask for a room changing because there were two spanish guys on the room next to us getting home at 2h30 and going to sleep at 7 am making noise all night long and watching tv! The ladies in the reception were very attentive and switched us to another room on the same building on a floor below. There was no problem with the new room, very silent and quiet, everything was working well.
The hotel is very nice and comfortable and the rooms were really good for the price we payed. One of the rooms, on the top floor, had stairs wich lead to a terrace. On the floors below, you get a balcony next to the bead, instead.
When you check out, they will store your luggage at the reception if you ask too. Our flight was at night and the check-in is at noon.
Too bad they don\'t have the shuttle service to the airport anymore. By train and metro it will take you 50 minutes to get there.
Overall, very good quality for the price!
