The hotel was excellent in its location, the installations, the friendlyness . One thing was negative: the Sauna.-installations. I gave the reception my opinion in writing what should be improved. examples: No light (defective, could not be repaired...) missing of a few
things like towels, no possibility to hang up clothings, no soap in the shower, etc.

The hotel was OK except that the pool area was infested with ants which were crawling over ererything so lying by the pool was impossible and on our floor there was a terrible stench as though the drains or sewers were blocked. This was reported to reception on more than one occasion but nothing was done.On the whole we were very disappointed with the hotel. It is definitely not 5 star and we would not stay there again. There were also hideous modern art paintings everywhere. They looked as though they had been painted by a two year old child with coordination problems.
