    FRONT DESK WOMAN
    Michael - Oct 2, 2019

THE FRONT DESK CLERK ON THE DAY WE LEFT WAS VERY UNHELPFUL. I paid for the shuttle to the airport and I asked her to reconfirm it for us. She said it was not necessary. Yet,when they did not show up she got all flustered and said their shuttle didn't go to ORLY airport....when indeed the sign on the desk explicitly said that it did. She said she tried to call a taxi for us but that there was a strike and there wee problems. Well, the strike was on the other side of town. She was flustered and not helpful at all. We went out to the main street a block away and flagged our own taxi to get us to the airport on time

Better training is needed here. Otherwise Kamel was the best trained and most helpful staff. There was another gentleman who was kurt and

seemed tired and not interested in giving us service. He told us to walk two blocks away to be able to access a computer when there was

one in the lobby! Oh well.

But we enjoyed the location, the breakfast and friendliness of the staff, the clean bathroom and combortable bed. The room was V E R Y small but we were too busy to see this as very important.
