What do guests think about this lodging establishment?
The accommodation received generally positive feedback. Guests praised the convenient location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options. However, some guests expressed minor concerns. They mentioned small pool size and limited shade, as well as a lack of gluten-free options for breakfast, which disappointed a guest with dietary restrictions. Another guest mentioned average reception service. Overall, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the buffet breakfast was good. The hotel's prime location was highlighted, but some guests mentioned only two slow elevators. Additionally, there were mixed comments about the restaurant service and limited food availability towards the end of the lunch period. Despite these issues, the staff was praised for their friendliness and attentiveness.

Food choice poor and expensive. No gratis goodies in room or bathroom, despite other guests having them. Ashtray contents emptied by cleaner into balcony drain. Not a very pleasant experience overall.

The staff at this hotel were really nice, friendly and helpful, we only had breakfast there and that was really good a vast array of food on offer. The hotel itself is quite tired looking and needs a face lift to bring it's sparkle back everything was very clean but a little worn out. The base of our bed was broken so every time you sat on it, it made a horrible noise however once inside of it and away from the edge it was ok so I didn't bother complaining about it as I didn't want to have to move rooms during my stay , however I did point it out to the maid the day before we left so the hotel is aware of it. I have stayed in many 4 star hotels before and I would rate this one a a 3 star purely because the rooms need updating.

5 minute walk from the border. About 60% of the price of a similar hotel in gibraltar. When we approached it didn't look the best, but don't be put off by 1st impressions. One of the most comfortable beds have ever slept in. Very clean, and quiet location

Nice hotel on the Spanish side within easy walking distance to the border with Gibraltar. The staff are great, very polite and spoke good English. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, the highlight for me was the unlimited freshly squeezed orange juic

As the thousands of positive reviews say - it’s a good hotel at a good price in a good location. I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat here (based on other reviews!) but it looked clean and properly run. The choice of places to eat in la Linea mean

Bit up and down. First room no safe working. Second room safe not working, they sent someone up to fix, after a hour have up so no safe. First morning breakfast no cups for tea or coffee. Next evening on returning from Gibraltar, no tea coffee & milk left
