Top class hotel and location staff very very helpful. Fantastic cocktail bar and food is fitting of a 5 star hotel. Will be back next January.

One of the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. Too bad it’s not at the front, but at least it’s very quiet. Perfect for couples celebrating.

Great hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, restaurant great and although it's quite small the facilities were fantastic. Reasonably close to the harbour area which is nice enough but we didn't find anywhere else nearby up to the same standard. It

Beautiful hotel, fantastic and attentive staff. We've been here for five days days of a week long holiday and wish we had longer. There is no doubt we'll stay at this hotel again. The hill up to it from Puerto Del Carmen old town isn't as steep as we fear
